Order requests
Submitting a website request does not create a paid order or authorize manufacturing. We contact you to confirm the vehicle, specification, finish, pricing, shipping, and applicable charges.
Deposit and drawing
After confirmation, a separate secure payment link is provided for the agreed deposit. A production drawing is normally prepared within 2–5 days. Manufacturing begins only after written approval of the final drawing.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing normally takes approximately 14–20 days after drawing approval. Timing is an estimate and may change because of specification changes, material availability, factory schedules, quality control, or events outside reasonable control.
Delivery
Factory-direct delivery to the USA begins after manufacturing and normally takes approximately 3 weeks or more. Transit, customs, and carrier delays can extend this estimate.
Customer approval
The customer is responsible for reviewing the drawing, dimensions, finish, and confirmed order information before approval. Changes after approval may require a new quote, additional payment, or a revised production schedule.
