Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Made-to-order wheels are manufactured from an approved specification and drawing, so change and return options depend on the production stage.

Before the deposit

You may change or withdraw an unpaid request at any time.

During drawing preparation

Changes can be requested before final drawing approval. Significant design or specification changes may require a revised quote or additional drawing time.

After drawing approval

Once the drawing is approved and manufacturing has started, cancellation or preference-based changes may not be possible. Any available change is subject to factory feasibility and additional cost.

Verified defects or shipping damage

Contact us promptly with the request number, packaging photographs, wheel photographs, and a description. Do not return or repair anything until written instructions are provided.
