Production drawing
The production drawing is normally prepared within 2–5 days after the specification and deposit are confirmed.
Manufacturing timing
Manufacturing normally takes approximately 14–20 days after you approve the final drawing in writing.
Factory-direct delivery
After manufacturing is complete, delivery from the factory to the customer in the USA normally takes approximately 3 weeks or more.
Shipping quote and tracking
Shipping cost and delivery details are confirmed before the deposit. Tracking or freight information is provided when the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the shipment promptly. Keep all packaging and contact us immediately with photographs if visible damage or missing pieces are discovered.
