We ship the goods by international companies USPS, EMS and DHL. Shipping is always included in the total cost.
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the package leaves our store.
International shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures that are not controlled by our company.
We ship all orders to the address specified at checkout as the "delivery address". Please use the real shipping address. Our store is not responsible for the loss of the parcel due to inaccuracies in the "delivery address". The money paid for undelivered parcels returned to us will be refunded to the customer with a deduction of the shipping cost.
Delivery of international shipments to their destination may take up to 30 days (usually 1-2 weeks) or more. The delivery time is estimated and cannot be guaranteed, it does not depend on us.
The client is solely responsible for any fees, tariffs and/or brokerage fees. Please review your country's customs and tariff policy before placing an order.
Items that are not currently in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available. The production period may take several weeks. The exact production time will be clarified with the sales manager. Availability information will be emailed to the customer whenever possible. Some items may be delayed longer than originally indicated. Repeat orders may be cancelled to receive a full refund before they are shipped.
We pack all items carefully to prevent damage during shipment (packaging). We can send some sets in several boxes (2 or 3). We will provide tracking numbers for each box. You will receive them after sending your order.
Sometimes damage may occur during transportation. Please inspect your package immediately before accepting delivery. If there is damage and/or breakage of the package or product, you must immediately inform our delivery service and the carrier. If damage is found, refuse the parcel and "return to the sender".
If damage to the product is detected after receiving the parcel from the delivery company and it becomes clear that the product was damaged during transportation (due to pressing, breaking, piercing or other force), the streettuning store does not bear any responsibility for this and does not compensate for any losses incurred during this transaction, as well as the costs of the product and delivery.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid return authorization (information on cancellation/return conditions). A replacement will be sent as soon as the wrong item is received and confirmed by our team.
We check every detail before shipping.
We make soft packaging for every detail. For each order we make a cardboard box manually with hard wood skeleton so that your parts are protected as much as possible.
